WE HAVE A VERY GOOD RECORD WITH OUR DELIVERIES, HOWEVER ON RARE OCCASIONS YOUR GOODS MAY BE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. PLEASE HELP US TO TACKLE THIS PROBLEM.
WHEN YOUR GOODS ARE DELIVERED DO NOT SIGN FOR THEM UNTIL YOU HAVE EXAMINED THE PACKAGING AND THE PALLET. CHECK FOR ANY SIGN OF DAMAGE. MAKE SURE THE ITEM IS DELIVERED UPRIGHT.
IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS DO NOT ACCEPT THE GOODS, OR SIGN AS “RECEIVED DAMAGED”.
