Titan Pro Tech Tip: Threadlocker & Torque
When installing your new engine mounting bolts, we highly recommend applying a drop of medium-strength threadlocker (such as blue Loctite) to the threads. Chippers generate immense high-frequency vibrations during operation, which can eventually cause standard nuts to back off over time. Tighten the bolts in a diagonal cross-pattern to ensure the engine sits perfectly flat against the mounting plate!
