A replacement pair of 13 amp time-delay fuses. These fuses are designed to allow a current that exceeds the rating of the fuse to flow for a short period of time, but not cause the fuse to blow.
Time delay fuses can be useful for our electric log splitters, as they require a higher amount of electricity to start than they do for continual use.
If your log splitter is not operational or it keeps blowing fuses it could be worth trying out these fuses to see if this rectifies the issue.

Time delay fuse
The time delay fuse is no different to a normal fuse. When I start my Bandsaw with a normal fuse the fuse blows in the plug and this also applies with the time delay this blow the same. I will save these very expensive fuses for years to come.

The fuses are blowing due to a fault in the machine, the time delay will only be effective if you do NOT have a fault in your machine

Yes thank you the second delivery arrived in two days after the first failed to arrive. Unfortunately my chipper blew them in first use so not sure if its the chipper or the fuses.
I cant fairly assessment this product because my wood chipper blew the first one I fitted very quickly so not sure if its the machine or the fuse.
