Who Is Titan Pro?
Titan Pro is a British Company; based in Dorset, United Kingdom, but with nationwide distribution on a next day service. We're supporting the British economy paying our UK taxes. Brexit is real and we fully support the democratic position taken by the UK population.
In many ways, it is more difficult buying a piece of garden machinery these days. True - the choice is enormous and the price range wide, but with this extra choice comes a sting in the tail. Which brand can you trust? Aren't all makes the same with a different badge stuck on?; the market place can look bewildering.
We recognised this problem for consumers and decided to create a leading brand that would incorporate all the best innovations that were being offered in the market under one name. We have worked to offer the customer great products, with an unrivalled customer care package.
Our trained staff know all about each product and we also have our service engineers on hand for the technical questions. Gone are the days of just purchasing from a picture on a website, you can now watch product videos on all Titan Pro branded products, and our helpful sales team are on the end of the telephone so we can accept orders over the phone or online.
We have also recognised that not all customers are looking for self-assembly, so we also offer a Gold Assembly Package on all of our products. We assemble the item and carry out a full PDI (pre-delivery inspection) — these packages are very competitively priced, and is a unique service by Titan Pro, emphasising that we are not just a box seller.
Spare parts are also a big consideration. We ensure we carry the largest range of spares for all our machines, so you will never be left with an unusable machine due to lack of parts. With hundreds of spares and additional accessories available on our website and across three floors in our showroom, we will make sure it's simple to keep you up and running.
Finally, our after-care service is unrivalled. Engineers are on hand to answer any issues by phone or email, and when we can't sort it out over the phone, we can collect the item and repair it in our purpose built workshops, in a timely and efficient manner.
