Titan Pro Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find our policies regarding returns, cancellations, and warranty repairs.

Important Safety Notice: Returning Machinery

If you are returning a petrol or diesel machine (whether faulty or unwanted), ALL FUEL MUST BE DRAINED prior to collection or transit. By arranging a return, you agree that you have taken these measures. Couriers will refuse to collect items that are leaking or contain fuel.

Unwanted Items and Cancellations

In accordance with UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason.

Key Conditions:

Timeframe:
You must notify us in writing (via email) within 14 days of delivery.
Safekeeping:
You are responsible for the condition and safekeeping of all goods until they are collected by us, or until they physically reach us.
Carriage Costs:
Outward and return carriage costs are borne by the customer (unless the product was received in error).
Packaging:
Items should be returned in their original packaging. If we have to use a more expensive collection service due to poor packaging, these costs will be passed to you.
Usage Deduction:
If the product has been used beyond normal examination, a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the loss in value (cosmetic damage, wear and tear, etc).

Refunds will be issued as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after cancellation.

Faulty Items and Warranty

If your machine develops a fault, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it.

The Procedure:

Troubleshooting
You may be required to undertake basic fault-finding with our workshop support team by phone or email before a return is authorised.
Repair or Replace
If a manufacturing fault is found, we will (at our discretion) repair or replace the item under warranty.
No Fault Found
Important: If the item is returned and no fault is found, or the fault is due to user error (e.g., incorrect fuel mix), we reserve the right to charge for the repair and the collection/return carriage costs.

All returns must be authorised before being sent. Please obtain a Returns Number by emailing us first.
