Our aim is to provide the right machine for your garden. Our sales team has a wealth of experience and is on hand to guide you towards the perfect machine to match your needs. It is important to ensure that the equipment selected is capable of performing the tasks you require.

Purchasing from Titan Pro

Making a purchase from Titan Pro is simple. All prices on our website include VAT for clarity. Simply browse our products, add the items you wish to buy to your basket, and click 'Checkout' to provide the details required to process your order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as major debit cards. We can also accept payment via PayPal, BACS (bank details available upon request), or cheque. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship or has been reserved for delivery. You may pay securely via our website or over the phone.

Back Orders
If an item is out of stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait. Alternatively, our team can advise you on suitable in-stock alternatives. Please call us on 01258 489161 or email sales@titan-pro.co.uk.

Online Security
We take online security seriously. All credit card numbers are encrypted using secure SSL technology when your order is placed. Transaction details are processed securely and sensitive data is never held in clear text on our website.

Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Shipping and Dispatch

We deliver to any address in the UK, regardless of order size. Full details on our services can be found on our Shipping and Delivery page.

Deliveries to non-UK mainland addresses are calculated on a case-by-case basis. It is important that you obtain a delivery quote using our online enquiries form prior to purchase. Please note that orders for non-UK mainland addresses will not be processed until a shipping cost has been agreed.

Any shipping quotes provided for international/non-mainland addresses are provisional. We reserve the right to amend these costs if necessary, but we will always seek your explicit consent before applying any additional charges.

Delivery of Products

We aim to begin processing orders within 10 working hours of receipt. For large machinery, our couriers will generally contact you to book a delivery date prior to delivery (unless prearranged).

While we aim to provide accurate shipping estimates, delivery periods stated on the site, via email, or verbally are guides only. Delivery times are not the essence of any contract entered into with Titan Pro Ltd.

We will notify you as soon as possible regarding any anticipated delays. You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch if the wait is unsatisfactory. Warranty

All products come with a full 12-month Return to Base (RTB) residential warranty. Warranties apply to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable. Our machines are not covered for commercial or business use unless explicitly stated.

*Note: RTB implies the item must be returned to Titan Pro UK workshops for inspection.
