Yes! The TPM350E is designed for maximum versatility. You can remove the side panels for extra width, slide out the end panel for easy tipping, or remove all three to create a complete open flatbed for bulky items.

Absolutely. Because these barrows are 100% electric, there are zero toxic emissions and near-silent operation. This makes them perfect for use inside greenhouses, warehouses, stables, and horse paddocks where petrol fumes or engine noise would be hazardous.

Both the TPM300E and TPM350E are covered by the Titan Pro 3-Year Maximus Domestic Warranty for total peace of mind.

We stock a comprehensive range of spares for these machines, ensuring long-term serviceability (Wheels, Throttles, Batteries, etc).

Usage and Maintenance

The barrows feature a powerful 1000W / 48V Brushless DC Motor. You can expect an average working runtime of up to 15 hours on a single charge. Recharging the unit from flat takes between 6 to 8 hours.

Proper charging is critical for battery health. Note: These are Lead Acid batteries and should be topped up after every use.

Charging Guide

Important: Lead Acid batteries will self-discharge over time.

If storing the machine for longer than 30 days without use:

  • Ensure the batteries are 100% charged before storage.
  • Give the barrow a "top-up" charge at least once every 6 weeks.
  • Failure to maintain charge can lead to "sulphation," which will permanently reduce battery capacity.

For safe operation and to prevent the machine from tipping, please adhere to these maximum limits:

  • Driving Up/Down (Vertical): 30% Incline (Approx. 17°). Always drive straight up or down; never at an angle.
  • Driving Across (Horizontal): 15% Incline (Approx. ). Exercise extreme caution; the higher the load, the higher the center of gravity.

Pro Tip: When descending a slope with a heavy load, always use Reverse to keep the load's weight over the drive wheels for maximum braking traction.

Maintaining correct brake tension is essential for safe operation, especially when working on inclines.

Brake Adjustment

Correct tyre pressure reduces rolling resistance and prevents premature battery drain.

  • Front Drive Wheels: 25-30 PSI
  • Rear Steer Wheels: 25-30 PSI

Check pressures monthly, especially before moving heavy 500kg loads.

Technical Specs

Both models boast a massive 500kg maximum load capacity. The forward speed is variable up to 6 km/h, and the reverse speed (vital for descending slopes safely) is variable up to 1.5 km/h.

Measurement Point Dimension
Length (Top - Max)1320mm
Length (Base - Min)780mm
Width (Top - Max)700mm
Width (Base - Min)435mm
Height (Handle End)568mm
Height (Tipping End)510mm

The overall width depends on the measurement point:

  • Front Wheels: The widest point on the outer diameter is approx. 735mm.
  • Rear Axle Bolt: The rear axle bolt extends slightly beyond the wheels. Including this bolt, the total max width is approx. 750mm.

These ratings are provided for health and safety compliance:

  • Sound Power Level (Guaranteed): 89 dB(A)
  • Sound Pressure Level: 67.63 dB(A)
  • Vibration (Handle Grips): 2.47 m/s² (k=1.5 m/s²)
  • Wheel Size: 13 x 5.00 - 6
  • Bearing Type: 6304-2RS
  • Wheel Bore Diameter: 47mm (without bearing fitted)
