This attachment is designed to quickly turn soft woods (up to 150mm in diameter) into perfect kindling. It is NOT compatible with hardwoods. Attempting to force dense, knotty hardwoods through a 4-way blade will cause the wood to jam and may damage the attachment or the splitter.
This retrofit attachment takes just seconds to install. It simply slips directly over the existing splitting head on your 6 or 7 ton machine. With one push of the hydraulic ram, a single softwood log is instantly split into four perfect sections of kindling, saving you hours of manual axe work.

Item arrived on time and well packed is good for softwood kindling but do not attempt to use it for hardwood is not designed for that I tried on my own expense and it bent the front blade overall build quality is very sturdy

Delivery to Ireland prohibitively expensive so I had to get UK delivery then pick up when I could. This was a spare hydraulic pump case and the bushes were very tight on the rotors. So tight in fact that the motor would not run. I had to work them by hand for some time to ease it up. Eventually OK

I brought this product and it is excellent I also brought all attachments but I did have an issue with one of them it broke but this was down to the wood being too hard my own fault. The company was so helpful knowingly still sent me a new part 100 recommendations for product and company.

7ton log splitter
This is a fantastic product. I have now cut over 15 tons without problem. It is extremely powerful and so far nothing has defeated it. It will easily split softwood logs over 3 ft wide. Just keeps on delivering.
