Titan Pro Tech Tip: Belt Tensioning
New drive belts naturally stretch slightly during their first use! After installing your new belt, run the chipper under a light load for 15-20 minutes, then turn off the engine and re-check the tension. Also, remember that forcing oversized branches into the hopper will cause the drum to stall and instantly burn the drive belt - let the machine dictate the pace!

The belt arrived on time and was well packaged. Fitting it wasnt that easy. I did try to follow the Titan video on how to do this but was not successful. Eventually I secured part of the belt into the grove with a G clamp and turned the crank around. This worked very well and it was soon fitted.
