Ensure your flail hammers are perfectly positioned and your cutting drum remains balanced with this complete set of 5 genuine replacement metal spacers. These vital components slide onto the internal mounting shafts to maintain correct spacing between the swinging flail hammers and the outer drum casing.
Each set consists of 5 silver spacers. (Please note: A complete chipper drum utilizes four sets in total, requiring 20 spacers for a full machine rebuild).
These spacers are a direct fit for the Titan Pro 15HP petrol wood chippers, as well as our legacy 6.5HP, 7HP, 13HP, and 14HP models. At Titan Pro, we don't hold grudges! If you require replacement spacers for a compatible cross-brand chipper—such as those from Handy or Hoslinger—these will serve as excellent, heavy-duty replacements.

Titan Pro Tech Tip: Take a Photo First!
Before you slide the main shafts out to replace your hammers or spacers, take a clear photo of the existing setup! These spacers must go back in the exact same arrangement they came out in. If you reassemble the shaft with the spacers in the wrong order, the swinging hammers will either strike the internal metal casing, or severely unbalance the high-speed drum!
