Beaver 1500 review
It has only been used a couple of times so far on conifer up to 25mm dia but on that it works really well discharging directly into the green bin. The most niggly part of assembly was evenly setting the 1.5mm gap between the 2 rotating blades and the fixed blade.

I emailed you several weeks ago regarding a problem but got no reply. I do appreciate though that these are unprecedented times. However If you are still selling products it is important that there is back up to turn to if needed.Also I could not find anywhere in the literature how much oil to place into the machine. Alas I may have put too much oil in as I filled it when the machine was tilting forward. It is now running very erratically.I emailed you regarding my problem. Shredder was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I felt there should have been better assembly instructions with clearer photographs. Also the method of starting was very ambiguous and needs clarification and better photographs. An online video showing clearly how to assemble the shredder and the correct sequence for starting the engine would be very helpful. However we have used it three times since we received it for about an hour each time and have found it very satisfactory. It does its job very well and we are very pleased with its performance and looking forward to using it a lot more over the coming weeks. Thank you for a great product.

Titan Pro Beaver 15hp Chipper
I have a large garden but this is essentially a domestic purchase. It seemed over the top but I was unconvinced by the two input chute designs of lesser models. Youd spend most of your time cutting tree branches into ever smaller parts to feed them in to the flail drum mechanism and for me the whole point of this chipper is to save time when faced with vast amounts of fallen branches andor avoid having to manage large bonfires. Tested to date on a fallen fully grown Ash a large fallen Willow and yew hedge trimmings from a 2ft hight reduction. It works like a mini version of the professional machines towed behind tree surgeons vans. Basically its the business - really excellent performance. You do have to understand the engine a bit. Ignore the instructions it does not start on full choke - half is about right. You also need to get the tension of the throttle arm mounting nut correct easy given a good design. Once shes up and running then you should be able to run problem free for sustained periods of time. I suspect thats helped by its heavy duty blades as opposed to a flail drum arrangement. Easy to tow behind a domestic ride-on mower with the supplied tow bar. Im very happy with this purchase. Delivery was fast and efficient even during the virus lock down.

Hi Kirsty The Beaver turned up yesterday as others have said good courier and 3 days from Devon to the Highlands of Scotland is great thank you for that. I set it up today simple adjustments oil and petrol first pull she starts runs smooth impressed We spent most of last weekend copsing with 28 acres of woodlands around the lodges as you can likely imagine we had a considerable amount of saplings and self seeders to chip up and lots more to come sizes varying from just 2 or 3 cm to nigh on 10cm the machines maximum. incidentally I stuck a bit of insulation tape on the front of the hopper at 9.5cm length that made identification of the bigger lumps easyso how was it. It was fantastic I have some neat bits of kit but this is something else. it gobbles up whatever you throw at it even the bigger lumps. gobbles them upThe chipping are even and clean so good that I have laid them on some of the woodland paths. The engine is very strong needed zero adjustment. Thanks Kirsty good company great product all in all money well spent.

starts easily and just runs and runs
This is my 2nd Chipper I have owned the first was the Titan 14hp and that has served me well but I now have purchased a small wooded enclosure so needed something a little bigger. So pleased with my choice it starts easily and just runs and runs chipped up all the scrub and small trees in no time. I tow it behind the ATV but it can not be towed on the road which is a shame. The Titan Pro Beaver 15hp heavy duty Beaver chipper is an excellent chipper designed to do the work of the larger models but is ideally sized for small garden work. I have been waiting for just this sort of machine to come into the market so bought one and it works beautifully. Easy access through 30 inch garden gates. Easily manoeuvred around the garden. Is not noisy and devours thick green vegetation with ease. An excellent piece of well designed garden machinery at a very affordable price.
