Titan Pro Tech Tip: Electrical Safety & Hydraulic System Priming
This 2200W motor unit delivers heavy hydraulic pressure under full load. When replacing the assembly, ensure electrical connections are wired through a correctly fused 230V mains supply with RCD protection. Check hydraulic fluid levels in the main reservoir before initial operation, open the bleed screw during use to prevent vacuum buildup, and run the motor through several un-loaded extension cycles to bleed air bubbles from the pump housing prior to log splitting.

As the pump casting had damage to one corner and required filing flat before being able to assemble it I can only give 3 stars as per above. This may have happened in transit of course but Im not to know this as the delivery box wasnt damaged in any way. The item was cheaper than EBay version.

Replacement motor for log splitter
I had two problems with the replacement motor. 1 there is a rubber support pad However the motor was not drilled and tapped to take this.2 the elec switch only works if the button is continuously pressed l had to fit the old onoff switch to overcome this problem. Excellent tech help on this
