Before dropping the new cover plate into place, clean any embedded sap, fine wood dust, and rusty build-up away from the seating rails of the main housing. When tightening down your securing fixings, torque them down in an alternating diagonal pattern to eliminate warping stress, ensuring that any related hopper slide joints align seamlessly.
Please check your existing plate carefully before ordering, as there are two different versions available depending on the style of Beaver Chipper you own:
• Original style: Both sets of hopper slide-in holes are 10mm wide
• New style: One set of hopper slide-in holes is 12.5mm wide, while the other side is 10mm wide
Please ensure you select the correct version for your machine before purchase.
