It is suitable for axles sized 15mm and 20mm.
Our flat-free tyres give you the feel and bounce of a normal air-filled tyre, but eliminates the possibility of flats! Once you've tried it, you won't want to go back to your standard barrow wheel!

Relief from punctures at last
The conventional wheels and tyres are rubbish. The tyre material is paper thin and Ive been replacing the wheel complete instead of repairing the puncture. Ive done it three times now and its a money pit. This product is great and wheels just as easily as a pneumatic tyre.

Took only about 5 minutes to fit. Its probably wise to check replacement wheel diameter against the clearance from axle to barrow tray. In my case the new wheel was a few cm bigger than the old one and I had to give the tray a few bashes with a mallet.

Excellent quality with solid rubber tyre. I needed to purchase a new axle separately and the bushes supplied were not long enough for my barrow but I got round that by fitting some copper sleeves over the new metal bar axle either side of the wheel. All said great product.

Flat free wheelbarrow wheel
Fitted this to an old wheel barrow whos original tyre had seen better days. Only issue was the new flat free tyre was slightly bigger than the original tyre and so just touched the barrow bucket. Adding a couple of additional nuts to space the wheel away a few millimeters sorted the problem out.Will definitely use Titan again.

One thing to check first
I bought two. The first one is excellent and performs as expected.I recommend that before purchase customers check they can remove existing wheel mine was rusted on beyond WD40 remedy - wheelbarrow needs to include axle nut etc not supplied with this product. If it does then go for it.

Good product working well after 2 weeks decent usage. The wheel unit seems robust and the barrow is noticeably more comfortable to use than another barrow I bought that came fitted with a flat-free tyre - theres more give in the Titan pro tyre but it still seems tough. Only negative is the instructionspicture on removing the bearing for a larger axle it wasnt clear to me where you needed to apply pressure and it took quite a bit of force but we got there in the end.
