Sickle bar mowers rely on direct Power Take-Off (PTO) torque to drive dual reciprocating scissor-blade teeth. This clean cutting mechanism shears vegetation at ground level without tangling or throwing stones like rotary mowers. When fitting to your TP1100BE-6 rear PTO shaft, ensure the splined coupling is fully locked in place, check blade tension guide plates, and apply light oil along the cutter bar teeth before and after heavy land clearing.
A highly practical implement that drastically expands the versatility of your diesel tiller, making short work of large-scale meadow, paddock, and brush maintenance.
