Titan Pro Tech Tip: Hexagonal Wheel Shaft Sizing & Fitting
These wheels feature dedicated hex drive hubs designed to slide directly onto the TP500 drive axle. Key hub measurements are: 280mm overall wheel diameter (including tyre), 25.60mm point-to-point hex diameter, 23.40mm flat-to-flat hex diameter, and an approximate 130mm shaft length. Before sliding the new shafts onto the axle, clean away packed mud and grit, apply a thin coat of multi-purpose grease to prevent binding, and align the retaining pin holes carefully before securing with split pins.
Constructed with durable steel rims in classic Titan Pro red and rugged black tread tyres, these genuine assemblies deliver excellent traction across loose and muddy soil.
