It arrives fully assembled and securely strapped to a wooden pallet. We dismantle and dispose of the heavy wooden shipping crate at our workshop so you do not have to worry about disposing of large timber packaging.
Do I need to buy gearbox oil separately for setup?
No. The Gold PDI package includes 2 litres of high-grade gearbox oil pre-filled to the correct level by our workshop technicians.
Does Gold PDI cover ongoing machine maintenance?
Gold PDI covers initial workshop construction, fluid filling, electrical connections, cable tensioning, and dispatch testing. Ongoing routine maintenance (including regular battery charging, checking gearbox oil levels, and maintaining correct track tension) remains the responsibility of the owner as detailed in the user manual.
What tools do I need when it arrives?
You will only need basic tools to snip the transport straps securing the unit to the pallet. Once unstrapped, turn on the battery isolation switch and drive it straight off the pallet.
