When replacing a 48V series battery bank, always replace all 4 batteries simultaneously. Mixing old and new battery cells creates voltage imbalances, shortening overall pack lifespan. Turn off the main isolator key before installation, ensure bridge cable terminals are free from oxidation, torque terminal bolts securely, and fully charge the complete battery pack using your genuine 57V charger prior to first use.
