Titan Pro Tech Tip: Test the Spring Tension!
The torsional spring (Part G) is the most vital piece of this assembly. When installing your new safety lever, ensure the spring legs are seated correctly against the handle frame. Before starting the engine, physically test the lever multiple times—it should snap back instantly and firmly the moment you let go. Do not overtighten the M8 nylon lock nuts, as this can pinch the lever and cause it to stick!
