The Chipmunk is designed to handle fresh-cut branches up to 55mm (approx 2.2 inches) in diameter.

You must always ensure you clear off any sand, earth, or rocks from roots before chipping. Feeding dirt or stones into the machine will instantly dull the blades and require replacement.

Yes, all of our machines come with a free upgrade to our Maximus 3 Year Warranty (for domestic usage).

The 212cc 4-stroke engine requires standard Unleaded petrol (the fuel tank holds 3.6L). For oil, we recommend a high-quality SAE30 horticultural engine oil.

Note: The engine features a low-oil safety sensor and will not start if the oil level is too low.

It uses a heavy-duty drum mechanism featuring 2 main chipping blades and 1 counterblade to quickly process garden waste into fine, compost-ready mulch.

The Chipmunk is lightweight for its class at just 53kg, making it very easy to wheel around the garden.

Fully assembled, it measures: 1800mm (L) x 570mm (W) x 1170mm (H).

Standard delivery requires some minor assembly. Due to pallet size constraints, you will need to bolt on the discharge chute and add the required engine oil.
