These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how Titan Pro (“we”, “us”, “our”) may use photographs, videos, reviews, testimonials, social media content and other materials (“Content”) submitted or shared with us by customers.

By replying with “#YesTitanPro”, tagging Titan Pro in content, sending content directly to us, or otherwise providing consent for us to use your Content, you agree to these Terms.

Permission to Use Content

You grant Titan Pro a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, edit, crop, adapt, distribute and share your Content for marketing, advertising, promotional and commercial purposes.

This includes use on:

Our website
Social media channels
Paid advertisements
Email marketing campaigns
Printed marketing materials
Product pages
Third-party marketing platforms
Trade events and exhibitions

Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of your original Content.

However, by granting permission under these Terms, you confirm that:

You own the Content or have full permission to share it with us
The Content does not infringe the rights of any third party
Any individuals visible in the Content have consented to its use where required
The Content does not contain unlawful, defamatory or misleading material

Usage Policies

Editing & Modifications

You agree that Titan Pro may edit, crop, resize, add branding, reformat or otherwise modify the Content for marketing purposes, provided the original meaning or context is not materially misrepresented.

No Compensation

Unless agreed separately in writing, you understand and agree that:

No payment, royalties or compensation will be provided for the use of your Content
Use of your Content is voluntary

Age Requirement

By providing consent, you confirm that:

You are aged 18 or over; or
You have permission from a parent or legal guardian

Withdrawal of Consent

You may request withdrawal of consent at any time by contacting us at: sales@titan-pro.co.uk

We will make reasonable efforts to stop using your Content in future marketing materials within a reasonable timeframe.

However, you understand that:

Existing printed materials may continue to be distributed
Previously published social media posts or advertisements may not be immediately removable
Archived, cached or already shared content may remain publicly accessible

Personal Data & Privacy

Where your Content includes personal data, we will process that information in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Limitation of Liability

Titan Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of submitted Content in accordance with these Terms.

Right to Refuse or Remove Content

We reserve the right to refuse, remove or stop using any Content at our discretion and without notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

Governing Law & Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
