We carry a full range of spare parts for this powered brush (Model TPSW820), from replacement bristles to engine components.

For most residential and flat commercial surfaces, no. The machine is fitted with large, deep-tread 13" pneumatic tyres which provide excellent traction in snow, slush, and mud.

We recommend using a high-quality SAE30 or 15W40 4-stroke engine oil. The engine sump capacity is approximately 0.6L.

Note: Most machines are shipped dry (without oil) unless you select the Gold PDI service. Always check the dipstick before starting.

Yes, and they are cost-effective to maintain. You have two options:

• Individual Wafers: The drum uses 24 individual segmented wafers. If only a few are damaged, you can replace them individually.
• Complete Assembly: For a faster repair, you can swap the entire roller brush assembly in one go.

If the brush slows down under load or the drive feels weak, the cables likely need tensioning. You can adjust this easily using the barrel adjusters located near the handle.
