Genuine OEM Replacement Part
A complete set of rear pump/motor seals designed specifically for the pump casting on the Titan Pro 6 and 7 Ton hydraulic log splitters. If your machine has developed a hydraulic leak around the motor mating face, replacing these rubber O-rings will restore a tight, factory-grade seal.
How to Access the Pump Casting & Check the Seals
The following procedure applies to Titan Pro 7 Ton models. If your splitter is mounted on a stand, you may first need to remove the stand to comfortably access the pump casting.
- Ensure the bleed screw is fully closed to prevent hydraulic fluid loss.
- Carefully turn the log splitter upside down.
- Undo the 3 bolts holding the pump and casting to the base of the splitter, and the 1 bolt holding the motor to the machine.
- Remove the 6 bolts holding the casting to the motor.
- Carefully separate the casting to access, inspect, and replace the internal seals.

A minor leak of hydraulic oil from the log splitter pump not bad for a machine in constant use for 10 years meant checking and replacing four seals two small and two large. Obviously had to remove the pump casing replace the seals and reassemble but not a big job.
