The Ultimate "Plug & Play" Service

Skip the heavy lifting, avoid complex setup, and start splitting timber immediately.

When you select the Titan Pro Gold PDI Service, you aren't just paying for assembly - you are securing total peace of mind. Our certified workshop technicians handle the heavy mechanical setup, fluid filling, and pressure testing, ensuring your machine arrives in 100% working order.

Why is PDI strongly recommended for this machine?

The 11 ton Splitter is a heavy-duty unit weighing 173kg. Unassisted assembly requires two people, specialized tools, and roughly 2 hours to construct and prime the hydraulic system.

With Gold PDI: Unbolt the machine from the pallet, plug it into a standard UK socket, and go!

Lifetime UK Technical Advice Included: Every Gold PDI purchase comes with direct access to our expert technicians whenever you need support.

Delivery & Arrival: Your machine is delivered via a tail-lift lorry. The driver will unload the pallet directly to your driveway, so there is no heavy lifting off the lorry required.

Verified Customer Review

"Very happy with the company and staff who took my order. The product arrived on a pallet via lorry a week after ordering. I had the product pre assembled with all fluids and was ready to go. The product is well made and splits very large logs with ease."

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the machine arrive on delivery day?

It arrives fully assembled, standing upright, wrapped for protection, and securely bolted to a wooden pallet. The lorry driver uses a tail-lift to unload it directly onto your flat driveway or kerbside.

Do I need to buy hydraulic oil separately for setup?

No. The Gold PDI package includes 7 litres of premium hydraulic fluid pre-filled to the correct operational level by our technicians in the workshop.

Does Gold PDI cover ongoing machine maintenance?

Gold PDI covers initial workshop assembly, fluid filling, calibration, and dispatch testing. Ongoing routine maintenance (including checking hydraulic fluid levels, loosening the bleed screw during use, and future oil changes) is the responsibility of the owner as outlined in the user manual.

What tools do I need when it arrives?

You only need a basic spanner or socket to unbolt the shipping bracket from the pallet. Once unbolted, simply plug it into a standard 230V UK socket and start splitting.
