Overall very good. Slower than my old petrol engine splitter but I expected that and it suits me because Im getting slower too My only criticism is the quality of the instruction leaflet pictorially and narratively. I would suggest a more accurate description of the two speed splitting

Extremely Powerful
I bought this log splitter to replace a 7 tonne log splitter that was not perfoming very well. The 11 tonne force on this machine is incredible and it absolutely beasts the most knarly of logs. The splitting force is relentless but steady as it mashes through the logs. Well worth the money

Titan 11 ton vertical log splitter
Having used a Titan 7 ton horizontal log spliitter which gave great service for 9 years I stepped up to the 11 ton vertical. Been using 2 weeks and delighted with it slightly slow on ram lift but maybe thats a good thing at my age. Love it no regrets.

Excellent piece of machinery. Compared to our 7t splitter this can easily split - easily gnarly hardwood and longer lengths The logic of the 2 speed ram took a bit of getting used however it does give the benefit from reducing misuse and resultant damage.

A different League.
Ive owned two previous log splitters neither lasted more than a couple of years but they required quite a lot of technique to spilt larger logs - coping bits off the sides until it was manageable. No longer. Yes it was double the price of a horizontal one but boy does it work beautifully. Nothing has beaten it yet no repeated attempts to get a lump of Ash at a branch junction to cut it just powers on through. Although quite techie I got them to do the setting up on the advice of a previous reviewer. It works better with one of the guards removed and occupies quite a small patch of real estate in the garage now. Two days to split a years worth of wood with two teenage sons and they actually enjoyed it for the first time.

Great product overall. It came pre-assembled but setup instructions were a little difficult to follow. However once it was setup it is great and is happily splitting logs both large and small and will make topping up the wood store much easier Solid build quality and suspect it will keep splitting for many years to come.
